The applicant must have at least 2 years experience on small scale planning and building regulations for residential extensions and loft conversions. Opportunity to work on larger scale projects. Applicant must be fluent in English as will be working closely with and liaising with clients and councils, be able to use Autocad and also demonstrate an undertanding of the current UK Building Regulations. The applicant should have a basic understanding of accurately measuring houses for mostly 3 bedroom Victorian terraces and 1930s semi detached houses in South/North/West and East London. The surveys take approximately 11/2-2 hours to complete. We ae looking for people who can measure approximately 4- 6 properties a week, take photos and then send the information to our office by email.
